Master Scheduler with 13 years of construction experience in Scheduling, Project

Management and Field Operations. Professional experience includes two years with

Skanska USAB, responsible for the University Medical Center in New Orleans, LA and the

Miami Museum of Science project schedules. Previously served for two years as Master

Scheduler for Wishard Hospital Replacement Facility project in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Other experience includes three years as Project Controls Specialist with Purdue

University, and six years of Project/Construction/Contract Management with Colvin

Builders, Inc. – specializing in residential, commercial and light industrial projects.

General job responsibilities upheld include the development of Contract Performance

Plans, Resource and Cost Loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule development and

managed schedules nearing 500 concurrent projects in all phases (planning, design, bid,

construction, and close-out) with individual project budgets in excess of $750 million,

supporting up to 20 corresponding Project Managers concurrently, with proven ability

to build strong, positive and fruitful professional relationships with individuals of wideranging

backgrounds and personalities. Strengths include unsurpassed technical abilities

with Oracles P6 Scheduling Software, utmost analytical skills, effective verbal and written

communication skills, as well 100% fluency in Spanish, (spoken and written).
